In 48 hours after contacting CFL Auto Appraisers we settled for over $5000 more than their last offer and $7000 more than their first offer. He was easy to work with and efficient.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best money I've ever spent.   Had two of our vehicles totaled by a hit and run driver at the same time.  USAA's "appraisal" of their values was a bot generated report of dealer advertisements which looked low & suspicious.  After 2 months of fighting with USAA I called CFL and things changed immediately for the better.  A few weeks later I was paid $6,000 more than the insurance company's initial estimate.

My car insurance company was trying to give me an ACV that I felt to be too low for my specific car and I reached out to CFL Auto. Jim got back with me right away, answered multiple phone calls I had anytime I had a question. Extremely responsive! Anyways, at noon on Tuesday I called Jim and at 3 P.M. the following Thursday he called me with the great news that he got me 3K more for my car!
